I am a system administrator and my supported firm using this system ten years ago. The software and the design is fantastic and we was very satisfied to use most feature.

Our important things are:
- security (confidentiality) - participate lawers and customers into business conference.
- easy of use - non technical managers and hosts should initiate meetings and manage cutomer access.
- high quality - this was expectation from my management :)
- recording

Best things:
High quality, security and easy of use is very good in this solution. Software is perfect.
Nothing to choose inside of best things. Its working well.
Meetings are password protected on 3 different level. Cryptography is very strong and always can check on desktop. High quality is good and everything can be checked on desktop (own and remote settings). Connection is always evaluated, voice and video quality can be tested separatelly by attactive tool.

Worst things:
Before new management takeover Nefsis, customer support was very enthusiastic. In the new era.... calls not answered, mails send 2-3 times to answer anything. I completely not understand.
We have a dedicated server which is important to make more confidentiality for our customer. In the new Nefsis version my dedicated server... (Read the full review)

Review of Nefsis

One key feature that seems to be missing in just about all of the online reviews of "web Conferencing" applications is the weighting of features. Whilst I obviously understand the limited "expertise" of most reviewers - products like GoToMeeting from Citrix should be in a completely separate category, i.e. Webinar Software. Here are the Wikipedia definitions:

Web conferencing is used to conduct live meetings, training, or presentations via the Internet. In a web conference, each participant sits at his or her own computer and is connected to other participants via the internet. This can be either a downloaded application on each of the attendees' computers or a web-based application where the attendees access the meeting by clicking on a link distributed by e-mail (meeting invitation) to enter the conference.

A webinar is a neologism to describe a specific type of web conference. It is typically one-way from the speaker to the audience with limited audience interaction, such as in a webcast. A webinar can be collaborative and include polling and question & answer sessions to allow full participation between the audience and the presenter. In some cases, the presenter may speak over a standard telephone line, while pointing out information being presented... (Read the full review)

Nefsis Web Conferencing Review

I feel that the editor's web conferencing software review was very detailed and useful but I do feel obliged to comment about their rating of Nefsis.

I use this platform as a basis for teaching English on-line (having recently upgraded for the earlier and limited ePOP system). The editor's technical comments are fair and accurate but their assessment of the cost is not.

The true cost is buried in the way the licensing agreement works - and believe me, I've assessed most of the platforms you reviewed. Nefsis allows me to transfer my user licences bewteen my teachers - in other words the licence is not locked down to a specific user. This is not the case with other platforms, notably your No 1 choice, GoToMeeting, who are very expensive if you want multiple users acting as the conference host.

Nefsis will also allow me to integrate (via an SDK) the conferencing system with our Learning Management System - GoToMeeting won't.
I just thought I would try and set the record straight.

Recent reply from Citrix GoToMeeting:
"Only Corporate accounts support multiple organizer licenses so that each user can schedule meetings as needed. You may call 1 888 *** **** for more information.

We do... (Read the full review)
