I am a system administrator and my supported firm using this system ten years ago. The software and the design is fantastic and we was very satisfied to use most feature.
Our important things are:
- security (confidentiality) - participate lawers and customers into business conference.
- easy of use - non technical managers and hosts should initiate meetings and manage cutomer access.
- high quality - this was expectation from my management :)
- recording
Best things:
High quality, security and easy of use is very good in this solution. Software is perfect.
Nothing to choose inside of best things. Its working well.
Meetings are password protected on 3 different level. Cryptography is very strong and always can check on desktop. High quality is good and everything can be checked on desktop (own and remote settings). Connection is always evaluated, voice and video quality can be tested separatelly by attactive tool.
Worst things:
Before new management takeover Nefsis, customer support was very enthusiastic. In the new era.... calls not answered, mails send 2-3 times to answer anything. I completely not understand.
We have a dedicated server which is important to make more confidentiality for our customer. In the new Nefsis version my dedicated server always has a connection to Nefsis center. Like a Blackberry. I never know what traffic, data, information passed to Nefsis.
Recording - when we implemented server first, recording was very simple and videoformats are variable. After a version change recording somehow changed - support tried to say something about licenses - video formats vanished, and our PCs cannot records anymore. We tried to investigate it with support, they told blabla about version, browser, language .... nothing helped.
Price - Nefsis price is quiet high, but not well scalable. We want to change from dedicated server to service (SaaS) and change from 25 hosts to 2 hosts - after a month mailing they said - THE PRICE IS SAME.
We decide to cancel this contract.
