First off, the customer service is unparalleled. Being able to call someone into your room on-demand is amazing, and our rep for the company is top notch. Now own the pros, cons, and thoughts:
Pros:
-Dead simple to use
-Cross platform use
-PC Plugin is right on
-One-click access
-On stage feature
-Admin muting features
-Simple screen share
-Audio quality on dial-in/call you is very good
Cons:
-Needs a mac Outlook plugin
-VoIP could use a little work on reliability
-No screen control
Overall: iMeet is a great looking platform that is still evolving. It is business ready, and business friendly. The support is unmatched, and the quality of the product build is there.
In summary, I would recommend iMeet (by PGI) to a friend.
