Bad Product; Dishonest Contract Practices

Remote connections work half the time. The other half I get an image of the remote screen but can't control anything. Customer Serverice is bad. The worst is the contract. After paying nearly $300 for a bad product I'm told I didn't cancel in time. By 3 days. So I now have to pay for another full year. Waste of time and money. Stay away. In summary, I would not recommend Beam Your Screen to a friend.
