The little RHUB web conferencing appliance is loaded with a very rich set of functions for web conferencing and remote support. The only key missing function is VOIP at the time of this writing. However, the company indicated that they are working on it based on their latest product release notes.
The most critical merits to me are the reliability and ease to use. I can depend on it and my customers can easily join my sessions. It is more reliable and much easier than WebEx!
The affordable pricing is another important buy point. The company claims the appliance can be paid off by 3 - 10 months of subscription fees. It applies to my company.
If you want to save money and have one solution for both web conferencing and remote support, I cannot recommend a better alternative!
If there are any complaints, I would suggest the company should polish the GUI presentation further. Although it is very functional and intuitive, it can be made more pleasant.
In summary, I would recommend R Hub Communications to a friend.
