Beam Your Screen - relationship management pitiful

I was not satisfied in the beam your screen service : too slow, only working half the time... I cancelled my account two months before the renewal and the customer service said that they haven't received my cancellation. They consider that I renew my contract even if I didn't use their service since the begining of the year. I didn't see a customer relationship so bad. In summary, I would not recommend Beam Your Screen to a friend.
