I have a consulting business and I used BYS for two years to provide remote support for any clients/users who were not attached to one of the networks I support (remote workers, small clients etc...). Software worked well enough with a few compromises. I liked that it was quick to install for a client joining a session for the first time and there were minimal key clicks to get the process started. Once connected, as soon as the host allows access to the keyboard and mouse, you can completely remote control the host PC. Run programs, diagnostics installations, troubleshoot etc.. as if you were there... almost. Once connected, performance can be very spotty. Very often I would have to ask the person in front of the machine what was on the screen because it was updating so slow. I also tended to lose control of the keyboard and mouse very often forcing me to then have to ask the person on the other end to go through the process of allowing me access again.
