The support at omNovia has been great. The quality of the voice and video is among the best I have seen, and when I had questions, I got quick responses that answered my questions. My presenters use most of the tools in our webinars and have not really had any issues with them. In fact, I have been told many times that the webinars we do are better because of the tools used to keep everyone focused and interested. Compared to others, I think the features and price are excellent.

In summary, I would recommend OmNovia to a friend.

We have been using omNovia for the past two years and have a great experience. We were relatively new to webinars when we started and have found their team to be extremely friendly and helpful throughout. They did a fantastic job at training our team and demonstrating patience as well as improve our overall presentation quality.

I would recommend working with your account manager, they seeto be able to really expedite put requests when we need service the most. I eouls also recommend using the cobrowser tool, this helped us with sales inside the room.

Overall we are having a great experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The omNovia webinar platform is quite impressive. It's all brandable and customizable and let's you show powerpoints, movies, polls, web pages... very interactive. Highly recommend it for webinars and trainings. Technical Support is 24x7 and live.

You might want to try some of the new tools also such as the Notes Module or the YouTube player.

What's good? It's easy to use from the moderator end when it works. That brings me to what's bad. It's very glitchy. Sometimes features work, sometimes they don't. Support? Horrible! I will give them credit for one thing. My members couldn't login one day. They kept getting an error. Omnovia said it was at my host server and not with them. Omnovia told me they would have one of their engineers call me on Tuesday to try and help me from their end (this was on a Friday). I told them this was unacceptable b/c I had customers that would be needing access before then (I run an online day trading chat room). One of Omnovia's supervisors logged into my server at my webhost with my permission of course and dug around and was able to fix it. So, that was a major crisis averted. I truly appreciated that. That, however, is the one bright spot for them. I am currently dealing with a 6 dollar charge because they say I went over my allotted member count one day a few weeks ago. Disappointing experience. Constant issues with incorrect invoicing. The owner does not seem trustworthy. Not worth the hassle.

OMNOVIA IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. I decided to try Omnovia as my webinar platform and was particularly interested in it because of its advertised video conferencing capability--which touts it as unlimited video guests. I spoke with a pleasant sales manager and described my need to have both webinar trainings and video conferences with as many 2-15 video participants. He assured me that Omnovia was the way to go and would satisfy my needs. He also explained the advantages and cost savings of a year long subscription. I was sold and gave him my credit card for a 25 person room which cost about $2,000. The day I purchased subscription was as good as it got.
The first problems began with their VOIP audio which has terrible looping/echo problems. When I encountered the problem, I contacted the sales manager who sold me the subscription and told him of the problem. His response was that this is a problem regardless of what service you use (despite the fact that I had never had the problem with Skype or GotoMeetings) and that the solution was merely to equip everyone with headset microphones which...
