I use InterCall's conferencing services for my business and I find their services to be reliable and cost-effective.

I would definitely recommend InterCall!

I am posting in as many review sites I can find in hopes that others will be saved from this terrible service. They lure you in with good rates and then nail you with huge hidden costs. The bill we received for our service was way more than expected, and their customer service ignores me and continues to charge. I canceled the account, but what a terrible waste of time and money. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

In summary, I would not recommend Inter Call to a friend.

This is the worst company on the planet, tons of hidden charges.Your bill will be 10x what you think, and there billing department will bug you till you pay.

Do not use http://www.intercall.com/

After I cancelled and paid, they came back to me and said I didn't. After I showed them the credit card statement that I did, they still did not believe me! Just the worst customer service on the planet. I seriously don't know how Intercall is still in business.

They must prey on very inefficient businesses.Please do yourself a favor and do not use Intercall.

This company has tons of hidden charges, very poor customer service, and your bill will be 10x what you expect. I would not use this company.
